They hooked me up with a GMAC policy...
I had progressive until today..They kept sending me a letter asking me to sign something and never enclosed the signature form. They did this 3 times, after 2 phone calls. Then tried to raise my rates because I didn't return their paperwork on time...which I never received..."Did you check the back of the sheet?" What am I a idiot?

Just for reference How much do you pay for insurance on a XB12R? I know that different states and cities effect the price. I just want a rough idea since I'm not buying till next year. My SV650 costs me $180/yr for full coverage $250 ded. The full coverage is everything including under/uninsured. I plan on checking w/my agent when I get time but its not a immediate concern.

Just saved $3,200.00 on my bike insurance. I am now down to around $200 w/ multi vehicle policy thru American Fam. Once I found out about the low quote, I had the check written out before they were finished with their sentence.

going by those figures it seems the 12r will prob cost me about double the SV., but it all depends on how the ins.co rates the xb's
