My friend just bought a 2005 Firebolt which had been knocked over and I trying to help him find replacement parts.

My first question is about what I believe to be the left fuse block carrier. To clarify, the top of the piece says Front, key switch, ignition, start. Anyway, the piece that clips it onto the fairing is broken and now the whole box just hangs. My question is is there a separate bracket around the box or do we need to replace the whole piece? The top with the labels
is not damaged. The bottom part is not damaged either. What is the part number of the part in the center that clips it into the fairing we need to replace? Is there anywhere I can find a parts diagram that might pinpoint the part for me?

I already have the part numbers of the other pieces we need to replace, the L front turn signal, left hand grip and end cap, and the fairing support bracket. Can you recommend someone I can order these parts from? The places I usually order my parts from don't seem to be carrying Buell parts anymore.

I'm having trouble with my 03 parts manual because it doesn't really show much for the fuse block or relay box. On the left side it looks like the relay box and the parts numbers I'm finding are :
Y0029.02A8 BRACKET, fuse/relay block
L0074.02A8 TOP COVER, relay

I'm not finding the part for the actual connector block. Those are 03 parts, but I doubt they changed them much over the years.

Thanks Greg.

It is frustrating. I went to the HD parts guy thinking he might have a better diagram but be didn't. I found a post which describes a similar situation and the response he received listed the same part as you did but that part is obsolete. He listed some other parts so we may try the number he listed for a relay box and hope it works. I can't believe there are no pictures of the parts available to dealer .

Yeah I couldn't believe there weren't pictures of this in the parts manual or the service manual. You might inquire on one of the supporters sections and see if their parts guys are a little smarter. You might need to supply a picture of the broken part to help them find it.

If not keep an eye out for a complete wiring harness. I have one I bought on here for not much money but I don't remember if it came with the mounts for the relay and fuse box, haven't looked at it in 9 months.

Pretty sure Greg's given you the right numbers. No details in parts or service manual.

I'll check later but I think zip ties are involved.

You'll need a real dealer. Most Buell parts got new HD numbers. The computers will show that.
