I was going to order a set of the MEZ4,I was told they were on back order, but they had the B tires for BMW's.Supposedly there is no difference.Anyone have any opinion on this?

there is a difference, the B tires have a higher load range, for heavier bikes. the MEZ4 should be selling cheep, because they are obsolete (sorry) and out of production, replaced by the Z6
which is a very good road tire. am very pleased with the Z6 on back of my lightning.

For what its worth, the Z4 is a nice tire also, and has a cool looking tread pattern. The Z6 looks more traditional. I have a Z4 on the front and a Z6 on the back and they play fine together.

look into the sportec m1's they are a better tire but sacrifice some milage compared to the Z6's. If you are looking at longer lasting go with the z6, the mez4 are worse.

If I could get a good deal on them, yes, I would use a MeZ4. If the price was close to the Z6 though, I would just get that one.
