I had an easy time swapping my cooling fan on my Uly and since I didn't see any instructions up I thought I'd post them.

This method took me and a buddy about an hour and a half to completely R&R the fan.

Apologies if this is a repost...

Remove items
seat
battery
ecm (unbolt and swing to the side)
rear brake fluid reservoir
rear shock adjustment knob assembly (unbolt and let dangle by hose)

Jack up bike by muffler

Remove rear shock upper and lower bolts
remove shock canister retainer clip
pull the shock/canister/adjuster up through the frame as one assembly
the fan is then right there
the wire is short and can be a pain but with some patience you'll get it
