One of my front turn signals got caught on something in the garage while I was moving my bike. The enclosure on the end that holds the bulb popped out of that black, square, rubber tube (stem). It looks like it is designed to snap in and out of there but I can't seem to get it to SNAP back in. It still blinks properly and functions as it should. I just don't want it to pop back out while I am heading down the road. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone have a service manual that they could look in? I appreciate any help!

Take the small Phillips screws out.

Take the lens off.

Remove the silver plate (this is the piece that actually snaps onto the rubber piece)

Slip the blinker housing back on to the rubber piece.

Put the silver piece back on it will lock on to the rubber piece.

Add lens and screws.

Done.

Same thing happened to me.
At the time I wondered if Buell had designed them to pop off so they don’t break.
I like to think the best.

And if by chance it is broken beyond repair they only run $5.20 apiece. : )

Replace those ugly stockers. Carbon Fiber by LP is the way to go!
