I installed race springs and am looking roe a good starting point for suspension setup.

To add another variable I added the heavy fork oil because I am heavy. I ride to class at about 280. 240 of me and another 40 lbs of books and what not.

I may already have a leaky fork seal (grr) and if so Ill go back to stock weight oil in the forks because the heavy seems to have negative effects on the handling. Got a pretty bad headshake out of a corner. I hadn't noticed leaking at that point but it may have been present already.

Any help would be appreciated.
