08 xb9 front muffler clamp. Does this need to be changed when switching mufflers? | ||

That part number is the clamp that connects the muffler to the header pipe. You want S0116.02A8 and yes get a new one as they are one time use straps. Some have reused the without any issues, and others have had them break. It isn't worth saving the few dollars in my opinion. | ||

I have heard that people have found similar clamps at marine stores. You may also want to try a fastener store they got all kinds of stuff. Just bring the clamp with you... | ||

I found mine at a hydraulic hose shop. There should be a hose maker in your area. Look for a Parker hose specialist. It is a standard clamp size. | ||
