best addvice you can have for insurance is to have everything (car/boat/bike/ariplane/house/life) through the same company . . .. if a company looses your bike business, not a big deal . . .. if your local agent looses everything, he/she will likely got to bat for you and get you a decent deal . . . .

"...if your local agent looses everything..."

What an insightful tactic! Thanks. I expect I may not be renewed & will hold onto this card.

FWIW....I just switched from Progressive to AIG. The Busa's were ~$800/yr each from Progressive. My bill is now $700/yr for both Hayabusa's. Same coverage. A good credit score helps alot.

Dairyland rocks. My 96 S2 runs me $450 a year for full. Why do the tubers seem to be so cheap to insure?

Can someone give me a link or phone number for Dairyland itself? Everytime I google it I get different insurance brokers and then get quotes for Allstate/Farmers/ who ever but not Dairyland.

Here's the Dairyland link:

http://www.sentry.com/preferred_motorcycle_insurance.html

And they don't base their premiums on credit scores either!

Thanks for all the help. Since the bike is totaled my insurance is going to be canceled the day after. I should be getting a refund check for what I've paid since then. I will definitely be going with dairyland in the future.

If anyone here is under 30 and lives in NC with 1203 ccs, your poopshoot hurts just like mine..2800 a year for full coverage. Yes, that is correct $2800.00 a year until I'm 30. Well in approx 500 days I'll be able to eat food again. Looking forward to it.
