The older airbox design seems to be very good as a fresh air intake system . Would I really benefit from a newer airbox lid ? | ||

the newer one would allow you to get even more air. especially if you add a newer airbox cover as well. | ||

another alternative would be to just drill holes in the one you airbox you already have. Or for that matter cut everything off except the top of the air cleaner | ||

From what I've gathered from previous posts on the topic, the 2007 airbox works better than a randomly drilled one. There's apparently some science to it. |
