Orcustus... how are you feeling? I know it hasn't been long, but has there been any advance in your case?( a court date or insurance assessment)

Buyer beware on this stuff. About a year ago I paid this company to make molds and produce me a few sets of bodywork, as prototypes. The bodywork was full of problems, which they were unwilling and/or unable to correct, so I asked for my molds back. They pretty much said go fish, and now I know why.

Anyway, I decided their bodywork was not of sufficient quality that I would want to sell it to a friend and from the pictures the quality has not changed. Looking closely, and by the dates on the pictures, I think there is a very good chance that is actually my bodywork.

I doubt anyone could even install this bodywork without damaging it, I couldn’t even the second time I did it.

Auction in question:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7902201081

Other auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33654&item=247 8374525

Prior to seeing them as "Orange Sportz's" in this auction I knew the company as YATT, as on the car in the second auction above. I don't know if they opperate under any other names or not. This is their first foray into motorcycle parts.

Imonabuss - you are welcome to PM if you would like their contact information.

It sure looks like the same guys I'm thinking of Roc. I've seen them posting about their carbon kevlar stuff on a few other motorcycle boards as well. Usually the english, spelling, and grammar are not the best. Hell, he even showed up on the Rokon Board trying to convince all us two wheel drive motorcycle freaks that he could make carbon/kevlar stuff for our Rokon's! Just what a MotoTractor needs: carbon/kevlar parts......

Doing good man, bout all healed up now except for my foot. I've gotten the accident report(which not coming as a surprise had errors on it) and was thrilled to find out her insurance company is the same as mine(progressive). Which means to me they won't be taking any significant steps against her for me as some do when its a different company. So basically I've just got to get a lawyer and get the wheels turning. They'll probably want to drag this out for a year or so as it is.
