Does anyone have an old XB clutch cable laying around that I could buy the boot from? I burnt mine on the header because I forgot to tighten the wire retainer. Thanks Guys.

Find an old bicycle (or truck) inner tube, cut to fit, wrap it around twice, and zip tie it nice and tight.

Make sure there is a bit of slack on the bottom so moisture can drain out. I've seen the bottom water tight and the top slightly lose so water seeps in. Then the adjuster becomes a ball of rust. Of course you will get a new boot with the new cable at that point!
