I'm consistently getting about 5k out of a Diablo rear, its what I got out of my factory Diablo T, and its what I've gottten out of the last two Diablo Rossos, I actually just put new rubber on the rear on Friday.

I love the Rosso's over the T's, they stick very well, but can let go with very little warning, nothing thats dumped me yet, but I think the years of dirt riding helps that.

I like most others, tend to ride a little hamfisted, wheelys, lots of aggressive take offs, I'm by no means easy on the throttle.

I've always got plenty of tread left on the sides, I always wear down the centers.

I have 7000KM on my Diablos now. Rear is ready to be replaced soon but the front is still in good shape.

6,000 miles on the Diablo Stradas on the '09 XT. Center hardly wears (compared to the softer sides) and is now a noticeable ridge, off center heavily worn (down to 1/16" or so). Hate the highway and usually do whatever I can to stay off them. There was definitely another couple of thousand miles there but the 'ridge' was making the tires squirm on pavement cracks and such. replaced with Angel ST's and will put a couple thousand on them by the end of the month... single compound should eliminate the weird wear.

Installed a fresh Corsa III on the rear...now I get to go scrub it in : )

Rechecked my records...the old tire had 4,016 miles on it when I took it off...too much dang straight line running..not enuff twisties.

I loved the Strada's. Plenty of mileage (sport touring tires) and more than enough grip to go through a few sets of knee pucks on track days.

I now have the Scorpion Trails though, and while grip is equally great, I now get a more robust carcass, and what appears to be longer treadlife. I'm sold!

I've got almost 6000 miles on my Diablos, including probably 10 trackdays if not more, and 3 days at The Gap. I've got another set in the garage waiting to go on before my August track days at Loudon. I have absolutely no complaints about Diablos!

I only had 4100 miles on my stock diablo rear when the threads started to show, so I replaced with the angel. I currently have 4400 on the new rear and plenty of tread left, not even 1/2 worn, I'd say! I was so impressed with it that when the time came I changed my front to the angel too, and I have to say that I love these tires! I have not noticed a difference in performance, as far as street riding goes, and I am not easy on the bike - there is a really nice "fly over" exit ramp that we race around at speeds in excess of 110mph!

My stock Diablo lasted 7000 km. Pilot power 2 CTs lasted 11,000 km. I now run Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmarts. As good in the dry when it is warm and much better when cold and in the wet. I get 12000-13000 km out of them.

I have just hit 6000 miles on my stockers, I am pleasantly surprised in the wear so far, I think I can get another 2000 out of them if I am lucky.

I average 2-3 k miles between rear and about 4K on the front I have used sportmax Dunflops,
corsa III and Rosso's so far the CorsaIII are the best tire for warm weather and last the shortest amount 2200 to the cords and tore up the walls.
I am gonna go with Pirelli Angels next couple of the guys I ride with have them and they work very well and last a bit longer

I got about 9K miles out of my last Diablo Strada for the rear.

I have 4K on my current set of Rossos and they should last a good bit longer. I really like them.

If I get 4K out of a tire I scream and dance all day long.

MIddle always has thread, sides go first.

About to try out the newest Diablo, the Rosso Corsa (not the same as the regular Rosso).

If I get 3,000 street miles out of that tire I'll be very happy... I hear it wears quick. With 4 trackdays and 12,500 miles total (including track miles) I have gone through 5 sets of tires. Stockers, Pilot Road 2, BT-016, Q2 and a set of Michelin race tires. First two all street 3rd-5th a combo of street/track.

Man, where are you guys riding to be getting this kind of mileage? I ride nearly exclusively in the Sierras, and have never gotten more than 1K miles out of *any* tire. The record was the Corsa III, which barely made 500 miles. Had a helluva time though...

Diablo Rosso seems like a good compromise. Zero chicken strips, and they've never slipped an inch. Best wear so far, but still trashed at 1K.

I keep mine aired up all the way and I don't do track days. I also weigh 160 so that probably helps too.

If you're only getting 1000 miles a set rossos are not enough grip you must be doing something wrong in setup (pressure and suspension).
