Hey all,

Been looking around for a bit and finally took the plunge and joined in this crazy obsession/fascination.

Me, came from the world of dirt and moto-x years ago. Got a bug to ride again. Don't have any interest in doing 150+ or the very leaned over riding of "sport" bikes but not so much a fan of the cruiser style bike either, well my back isn't. So I'm in the middle of the BRC to get a better idea of the street jungle.

Got the call today that the deal on my new toy was good. SO now I'm the proud owner of a 07 XB12STT!! Well, it's an stt in ss dress. Buell owned this bike for all of its 1k miles on it and as from the pics you can see it really doesn't look like a tt anymore which is fine, I wanted a ss. I'm 6'1 and from all I've read the longer wheelbase was more comfy. Plus I like the idea of a bigger tank.

So here's some pics. Can't wait to go pick up my new toy...sadly its 400 miles away.

Rumors say the STT is the best bike ever. Period. Mine does wheelies at will even in neutral. Mine looks like a SS too, which makes it even more powerful ... I'd guess a +10hp as a minimum.

congrats on your new ride!

Howdy sir, welcome, I too just joined the subculture with a '07 STT purchase that looks like an SS. I had been shopping all over the county, and I gotta say I think I recognize your photo cause I was looking at the very same bike, if I'm right, it was at Hales HD perhaps??

I found the STT the easiest to put a knee down on at the track, out of the S, R, STT and my M2. Having that extra suspension travel helps a bit too.

Great bikes, congratulations and welcome!

Didn't know about it till now, thanks. Unfortunately I have prior commitments. Hopefully it will turn into an annual sorta thing.

Bikes home! Got to put some miles on it yesterday and plan on a bunch more today : ) What a fun machine, glad to be part of the "club"!
