Heres the latest from our beloved Corey.

Ok, regarding the CNC Heads... sorry but mine are $3,850. They are over $1,600 more than Nallins or Zippers. They are better. For one, they are cryo treated, use hollow stem valves, race springs, made for 3M Roller Rockers and high lift cam sets.

These are NOT for the faint of heart, but I stand by them 100% like the SVVS Units. You will need upgraded race injectors, so I will add this to your bill tonight and PayPal you.

Better than Nallin's Heads... YES. Better than Hoban Bros Heads.. 1000% YES! Just remember the BADWEBBER who could not get a 1050cc to run right with his 1050cc kit and Hoban Brothers Heads...???????? Remember him???? They actually tried to put a Jet Ski Carb on it vs. FI because the Buell Tech was an idiot and could not figure that "computer stuff out". There is NO Tricks to getting Fuel Injection to work right on a bore or stroker XB. All it takes is fuel pulse duration changes, larger intake, larger valves and exhaust. Other than that tune time! How good does your 1050cc run that I built for you??

Good right? Well, it took over 12 hours of tune time just for the build and another 10 hours thereafter to dial it all in. But, my 1050cc FI bikes run and run hard. I tell you what, you purchase the new Injection unit from me (the XB9 48mm bore with extended FI-runners) and I will toss in a free new Techlusion Processor when it comes in.

At any rate, I will get you heads shipped out this Thursday. I would still like to install them for you however and will lower my shop rate to $67 per hr. to complete this at an estimated 18 hours. Sound fair?

Dyno's? We dont need no stinkin Dyno's. : D

Lets throw out all the latest high tech jargon but dispense with any actual dyno runs. Claims he has the TI system on his XB but right now is only seeing 8-9 hp outta it but wont post any charts or even claim what his rwhp or torque numbers are or if they are smooth.

The guy is slick on his website & for folks that dont know any better they will send him their $$$. He could sell shoes to a snake.

"quote" dyna:I dont ride a Buell anymore because its always broken. 6th time in the shop in 12 months. I want a bike I can actually ride without having to see a psychiatrist because I am justifiably terrified it is gonna break down & leave me stranded.
Changes I'd like to see the factory make: Get rid of that lump of a V-twin engine & step up to the plate with a modern powerplant. V-Rod motor, ...........uh ok
Life is too short to let a pile of crap bike ruin everything. Time to sell it, scrap it, whatever & move on. yes plz MOVE ON

I simply cant believe this guy would claim his heads are better than Nallins, Zippers & Hobans. Just who the f$#@...cleaned & sanitized for your protection: D...does this guy think he is? And people actually believe that crap? Are they that desperate to throw money away? Hell im accepting donations if they have extra cash just laying around.

Where did you find that?
We had done a whole bunch more than just a 1050cc kit and heads to that bike to have to go to the carb.
I bet Reece and Eric(Buell techs) would love to meet Corey!
And why refer to me as "that Badwebber"? Why not just call me by name?
Corey, if you read this just know that I now really think you are a punk and you don't know what you are talking about when it comes to the bike you are referring to.

Ride to the edge!
Corey, go screw yourself.

Math does not take into account the coefficient of drag...as has been said, some nice gentlemen took an XB12R to the saltflats and managed a top recorded through timing lights of 125mph

Paige pulled it off Coreys little website. He has a couple of his shills bitchinbg about the posts on badweb & why are we attacking Corey.

He is definitely reading this site, wont post...at least not with his Corey name. I do think he is Rob Hughes & probably the other Rob who claims to be the ebay seller of Coreys crap.

I bet Hobans would love to meet his ass too.

I emailed Rod(TiForce guy) the other day about getting some dealer pricing on the TiForce exhaust and some dyno sheets so I could see if it was a product I wanted to sell, not that I sell ANY Buell stuff or anything. I haven't heard anything back as of yet. Makes me wonder?

This is also from Corey/Rob on the TI On the TiForce, yes... thus far the results are not impressive, or let me say it another way... the exhaust is flawless, good overall fit and finish. I only got 8-10rwHP and that was about the same as my Buell Race Exhaust at maybe 6-7rwHP new and now maybe 8rwHP used.

The TiForce (I took my reversion cones out due to modified heads, cams and injectors), the low-end torque is not impressive at all IMHO.

The mid is very strong the upper is no where as good (so far) as the old Buell Race Exhaust. These are my INITIAL findings.

I can not give you credit for the older Techlusion Processor and I have no more Fi1045 Techlusion Processors... Techlusion has back ordered several of my customer orders just as of 1 hour ago. I expect them in about a week or two.

I do not expect any more than about 12-14rwHP with the TiForce and maybe a little more after it is broke in, but my riding today has convinced me that it is not as strong as the Nallin/Force pipe in the upper ranges. Not even close. Low is gone, but the mid is damn strong. I will simply need time on the dyno.

Yes, time to RPM will look impressive, but total numbers on the dyno, I am not expecting to move past 12rwHP. Most likely 9-10 rwHP tops.

Notice he doesnt give any numbers other than general ones...btw the same ones I noted a few days.

And what the hell does he mean by this and now maybe 8rwHP used. Maybe? Maybe on a dyno? Its either 8hp or its not. Maybe his ass dyno isnt calibrated?

Horsepower required goes up as the cuber of the speed increase.

So, for example, if a given bike can muster say 135mph on say 80hp (which is about right), it would require (160/135)^3 x 80 = 133hp to go 160.

420 -
That your D&D?

Im about to take mine off (after 9 months) to repaint it due to rust. I guess my last track day in the rain was a bit much.

Just and fyi for those D&D owners out there.
Once I strip it down I will take some pics for all to see and critique.

You know... the best days of my life were spent in a group of three bikes rolling through the mountains in the rain from AZ to CO. We slept on the ground when we couldn't find picnic tables. Somewhere I have a pic of myself sleeping under a sign that reads "Danger - Poisonous Insects and Snakes inhabit the area" : ).

Rain rules. We were headed East on I40 and saw a HUGE lightning bolt hit just beyond a large coal plant about a mile or so away... Damn that was an awesome sight.

Well, I have to admit I won't generally just go take a quick ride in the rain... but when you need to go somewhere and rain becomes an issue, I assure you it makes the trip that much better.

I used to ride a dirt bike through the winter in Alaska. I understand cold : ).

My first, and only bike, I've owned, a 2000 Cyclone, has seen lots of rain, snow, hail and pretty much everything you can throw in between. Rust, yeah, dirty as hell, yeah, but I ride it in pretty much anything. To me, that's what owning a bike is about. Ride it anytime you can. Coldest ride of my life was Christmas Eve of this year, when I rolled into my home town it was -18 degrees. Fun, no, enjoyable, yes, I was on the Buell for a good two hours.

The engineer in me says, unless you have PROVEN case of how much better one head is against another, as in bench flow tests and dyno runs, you don't have anything. I've spoken with Aaron a few times, and heard about the work that has gone into the design and fabrication of what NHRS has done. I don't know a ton about the Hoban Brothers, other than Dave hooked me up with a bad ass signed pic of their racer.

Just my opinion.

Blasted insomnia, I cant sleep.

I drove 8 hours and paid some good money for that track time. I wasnt going to let some rain stop me from riding at the track that weekend. Its not like it was pouring down, but it was raining some and the track was wet.

Heres to you never having to get caught in the rain!
