what would be a good paint to use on my foot pegs, brake lever, shifter lever and all of that noise???

Powdercoating...it's worth every penny. If you decide to go spraycan route, make sure to use good primer and scratch the shiz outta everything with fine sandpaper.

pegs, lever, shifter...I'd say those 3 things probably no more than $50.

Brake caliper paint or engine block paint is pretty durable. I'd go the powdercoat option though.
