Get on down to your local dealer and ride an xb. Not all dealers are participating. (of course I am) ride the bike and this time you don't have to mail anything off. It is here to take that day. this bag is useful and yes a helmet fits in it. I have them in my grubby paws and I have tested it. now becareful you might fall in love and then like any good lover ....its gonna cost ya. somebody has to pay for your bike right. This is a high quality bag and even dyna won't be able to bitch about this. Hell I can't even bitch about this. check the pics out this deal run from april 10th til may 31st. if your in my area get your butt on down here and go for a ride.  inside  | ||

Is there a list of participating dealerships? Or will this get posted on the buell.com web site on the 10th since it wasn't there this morning when I checked? Does that thing have shoulder straps? How would it work as a seat bag? Thanks for posting the pics. | ||

it has a shoulder strap 1 strap that you throw over your head and shoulders. Its adjustable. and yes a list will go up on buell.com | ||

We got 'em so if your in around North Central Florida. Come ride an XB at Gainesville Buell and get one of these. They are a good quality bag Buell didn't cheap out at all on these things. | ||

HD/Buell of Ft. Washington, MD is having their Buell Open House on the 10th also, DCBRAG will be there, helping to run the demo bikes and taking some bags (nice looking, too) home. | ||

My dealer has demos, they are great. When asked about the dealer demo's and the bags -I got that deer in the headlights look though. Gonna suck to have to go to another town to scam a bag. May have to show up in my cage so I can demo the ride and go home with a bag. Anybody check to see if they posted the participating dealers on the buell.com website? | ||

I figured it was hal's....now if you could just shorten winter and not make it so harsh in the winter....boy that would not sit well...tilley's to hal's.....ouch ....the pride I could hurt. bomer which dealer is yours...we need to expose the dealers that are trying. that way everyone gets the recognition they deserve | ||

I'll give you a little hint about the recent winters here, all the folks with snowmobiles are crying and almost giving them away due to not enough snow in the winters, and the bigger rental outfits up north are barely getting by in the winter, and the major cross country ski race (the Birkie) has had major problems putting on the race the last few seasons. Sort of like the rain in Seattle, the general impression usually greatly exceeds the reality. Cold? Yeah. But once you get acustomed to it you barely notice the frostbite.  Come on over, I'll even show you the road where you can see a "secret" test section where I saw the newest Sportster wearing a full white wedding skirt once.  | ||

Bub -- I hang out at both Uke's and Illinois HD-Buell (in Berwyn . . .. BERWYN?) -- I live about halfway between the two (and five minutes from Lake Shore HD - - - I don't go there . .. nuff said) Uke's is pretty good, in my book . .. . few accessories, but the service department does pretty much what they say when they say they will for what they said it would cost (experience is my wife's Balst, which I'm not allowed to touch! and tires) -- big time support for the 20th last year, and always run b'trax (which make em aces in my book) Illinois is great -- one of the biggest selections of accessories, and gear (jackets/helmets/gloves/boots . . .all w/out fringe) i've every seen outside of a rice shop . . . . their service dept, ditto on the Uke's comments (experience is tires only . . . I do almost all my own work) both have good people there, just not nearly the web presence that others have . . . not sure why, different strokes, I'm guessing | ||

thanks bomber thats what I figured when you said ILL. But also Thats what I am trying to get to also. the web is really a small friggin world.I know there are good dealers out there that don't have a presence on the web. and we need to know about the good as much as the bad. that way nobody feels like there are 4 or 5 good dealers out htere in the whole country. because the laws of averages say it has to be more than that. thanks for giving props to berwyn....I already knew they were a good one. I just wanted those that didn't know to know. I say spread the wealth of the buell world and its gonna become a great day. see I ain't always an asshole!!! only when needed | ||

mike I am from Indiana...I know all about cold....and in 38 years I never really liked it... snow I don't mind...its that below freezing crap that gets to me... tell was that sportster reall a virgin in white  | ||
