I have a new bike, with the extended warranty. I've always changed my brake/tranny fluid with my old Lightning, but don't want to have Harley coming back if something goes wrong and asking who does the work.

Is this an issue?

as long as your negligence doesn't cause an issue, I believe that you are protected by your local state law. But I'm not an expert.
