Aaron, thanks for the post. When I dont hear anything from ANYBODY except for when I call THEM 5 times in a row it sends the 'nobody gives a shit' signal. at least thats how I take it. I just don't understand why its taking so long. have they been just not working on it? do they keep breaking different designs? are they using it as a fancy hooka? wtf? so dave says, 'do you care if its black?' well fuck yes, everything is polished or will be on my bike I dont want a black pipe. so it sounds like I will have some black on it, where the cuts are made. I dont care anymore, I will pay for recoating it myself. He also said something about sending it back to them after they get the lower fairing mounts worked out? yeah, I'm gonna take it off AGAIN and send it to them? shitdamnhell no. so I guess I'll hack the f*@#ing mounts for the chin fairing off and not run one. if they are changing to that on the new pipes, they must think that the weight/vibration is adding to the failures. | ||

Thank you Aaron. This thing has just got me all worried now. Everytime I ride when I stop I completely look the pipe over just waiting for it to start cracking somewhere. Thank you again. I appreciate it. | ||

Misato, I'm sure the feeling you have delves way deeper into that primordial pit of seething anger than mine. It still doesn't invalidate my feelings, I'm not happy, I spent alot of money on this frickin' thing. I'm taking it off after this weekend because I don't want it to break on a ride and completely destroy my heads. Force says they will call me back on this, hopefully today. | ||

Misato, Maybe some hope after all, at least they have updated their web page http://www.useforce.com/whatsnew.html and http://www.useforce.com/shop_buell_sf_racekits.html . Plus you get a certificate, membership card, and Tshirt. I know it doesnt get you on your bike any faster but at least their is hope. I didnt see any springs that you talked about earlier, but that may be a latter change. Let us know how your new system works. I was going to go with the Becin but they stated that they didnt know if you could use the stock chin fairing on the XB. And that it would require fiddling with the oil lines and the ability to rework the F I maps due to its use for race only. I am hoping the new Force works. Nick | ||

We still have more testing to make sure all is well before we stamp our name on it and declare the kit another Force Motor Products quality product. ETOS (Estimated Time Of Sale) - early summer...June. Hang in there...it'll be worth it! from useforce.com Obviously they were real concerned with what they were stamping their name on, when they sold all the other pipes. | ||
