A taller person would have a better viewing angle. I had to push the glass as far to the outside as it would go. Also if you get the 1125 mirrors I would suggest drilling out the rivet on the stem and replacing it with a 5/16' bolt and lock nut.   Buellxb12r425 Posted on Monday, March 08, 2010 - 05:23 pm:        Thanks to everyone for the responses... What I'm looking for is a shorter mirror, or maybe even a plug to get rid of them all together. The only thing is on the Firebolt the mirrors hold part of the front fairing on, so I need something to put in its place if I got rid of them all together... We can work something out if you really want them, but when I say they are useless, I mean they are useless for anything other than passing inspection. You would need to be way thinner than I am to make them function.
