I have tried to find something with the search function but I didn't find my answer ...

I was doing some testing with EcmSpy and following the instruction the first things to do is save the original configuration (done ) than I was trying to do some diagnostic (timing and so ...) but in the diagnostic page the "start diagnostic" button is not active why what I do wrong? everything seam working fine and the program is getting real info ... Should the Online/Offline button be activated always while connected? does this influence the real time acquisition ?

Thanks for any help guys

done it ... I have done the procedure again since the first step testing the COM and this time worked correctly ... probably first time got an error message in the COM port and I didn't see it ... by the way to do the diagnostic check you must be offline if you press the key button and stay on line the system tells you to first go offline and than make the test ....
