My brother and I each have XB12XT's. He just called and said he's stranded in Portland about 200 miles from me. He said he was cruising when his bike stopped running like he ran out of gas. His reserve light never came on but he put 2 gallons of gas in it anyway but it still won't start. Update: he just called and found the fuel pump fuse was blown. He put another fuse in it and all is good. |

I also had that happen. Later that day, I was roadside with a shelled fuel pump. Luckily I was covered under warranty. Unluckily I was in Sturgis when it happened. |

yup i was going to say that too. make sure you get the fuel pump changed. fuses dont blow for no reason. i have a 09 xb9sx and i blew 2 of them in the same way u talked about. the replaced the fuel pump and not a single issue so far. 2,000 miles later |
