It's been a crazy 6 months, from my first baby (an '04 Lightning) being stolen, to trying to figure out which bike next I really wanted, knowing all along I could not be satisfied with anything other than the v-twin buell. I finally found the bike I wanted, the kick ash 2010 lightning in Miami. I am having the bike shipped this week and should take possession by next thursday. I can't wait. Here are some pics:    | ||

I am not a huge fan of the see through plastics, so I am considering removing all the decals and having them painted black. See how it goes once I see it in person. | ||

You could paint the interior of the panels with white or silver paint so you could see the blue better or black or blue if you like a real dark blue look. | ||

Yeah, If I were to trade it would have to be for the front & air box cover with a very good condition pair. | ||

So they finally sold it. When I asked about it months ago they just replied trying to sell an '09. I ended up with a cherry bomb red from Ratbuell. The kick ash plastics are nice. | ||

if your interested in painting plastics ill sell you my damaged but paintable airbox cheap. i'd just hate to see you paint the translucid work especially on the last year buell produced. | ||

Can see it now, airbox cover and flyscreen set in a circle. Last man standing gets'em.      | ||

I have a in new condition black flyscreen with a red buell air box cover decal running vertically on on side, and a nice shape, black air box cover with no decals but with the cityX X on it I would trade you for your kick ash plastics -chris |
