ok to start, i did try doing a search and still didn't find the answer i was looking for.

I have looked at the parts manual for the 2010 buells (XBR to be exact) and the 05 XBR(12 in my case) and notice that all the parts are the same except the clutch plate spring. Is the clutch plate spring the part I need to buy to make the clutch pull easier? I thought it was just the Inner ramp (both the 05 and 10 are the same part numbers), but i was wrong and also checked the parts manuals at the dealer to make sure. But as I said the only parts that is different was the clutch plate spring.

Any help would be great!

Have you looked at the easy pull clutch that American Sport Bike sells?

I believe in 06 they changed the clutch plate for an easier pull. I bought one and new primary gasket for my 05 but haven't gotten around to installing it yet. I installed the Muller ball and ramp a couple years ago and it does make a noticable difference. Getting stuck in traffic still sucks so I got a hand exerciser and squeeze it a couple hundred times a day in my work truck-maybe that will help.

I've got a Muller easy-pull clutch in my girlfriends XB9SL, it's very slick, works great.
I bought mine used from a friend, it may be the same one American Sport Bike sells, but I'm not sure.
Here is a link to a PDF file, showing installation.
The Buell install is at the very end...

DO NOT use weaker spring. Search through the archives here for the Easy Pull clutch or go to American Sport Bike and look at their info.

Slaughter, can u explain what you mean? i have see the Muller easy pull and yes it would make it simple to replace that part. But i dont get y i couldnt just use the spring. Espcially if thats the only part that is different between my R and the 2010 R.
