Works out to about $273 USD. A little more expensive than a stock cover, but it looks nice. I wonder what its made of. That plate holder looks seriously bad ass. |

Give a better cooling to the rear cylinder That's an odd function of a intake cover. |

Give a better cooling to the rear cylinder The 1125 is air cooled now? |

The intake cover is for an xb12, and only the licence plate thing is for the 1125. |

A paper note taped to my XB-R's airbox cover is blown forward when moving, over the tank fill opening. |

Note paper's behavior indicates air at top of airbox is moving forward, same direction as motorcycle. Therefore, I'm thinking on an XB-R, those 'ram-air' scoop locations may be less than optimal to increase pressure in airbox. They do look different. |

Yup. Fluid dynamics are a bitch to figure out. With your body sticking up behind the bars, it must be causing a negative air space in between. I have 2 small tassle/windsocks on the zippers of my tailbag, and they smack the back of my helmet because they're always flying straight up. ~SM |
