I remember there being a heated thread about someone racing the XB ( maybe it was Hals or something) But it was their first season in the big leagues or something. Can't quite remember the specifics. Anyways, are they racing will they be racing. did they already race? how'd they do? etc. I am ready and willing to scream support at the top of my lungs at the tv if buells are even in last place. And if they make it out my way I will be sure to show up and watch it live. | ||

Look for a couple at the Sears Point (Infineon?) AMA Formula Extreme race...they may run last, but I think they'll be there. | ||

In the lower leagues of regional club racing, I'll be running my XB9 this weekend along with our very own Blake on his tuber and Scully on a HHHHHonda. Non Badweb posters Toby Leslie (XB9) and Rodney Scott (XB12) will also be flying the flag with us. Mark - Great meeting you this weekend. Toby - I met you at the last races at Oak Hill. Good luck to you. Blake - Ever hear anyting about Jerry's condition? How'd he fare after getting out of the hospital. Btw. John Weems, #10 Expert in the V-Twins got to ride a Buell at the Mancusso Track Day. He loved it and we may have to work on converting him. Unfortunately my race weekend is over before it started. I suck. Personal obligations must take priority. I hope you all enjoy not having me there to get in your way. Next time, I promise! Phil, Jerry is fine, though I doubt he's at the race this weekend, but who knows? He had a few busted ribs and a semi-collapsed lung, but was on the way home a day following the race. I hope to at least make it out there to see y'all, though that will hurt even more. | ||

Has anyone heard anything on Formula Extreme? Will they definitely be racing this week? Looks like they'll televise it (on delay): http://www.speedtv.com/programs/213/ So I'll be looking forward to watching them race (even if I only get to see them when the leaders are lapping them). |
