For one, I am not a board custodian. Two, I have been looking for this sort of thing for a long time now; none of your sponsors offer anything remotely close. |

and you know know were to get it. if you read this post blake asked everyone to stop so that is what we have done. Froggy is a custodian that is why he busted you out and deleted you post.

yea, it wasnt a good idea since we've already been denied to post that up here. Rules aer Rules.
however i still say a sponsor should jump on this and make something like this, because there seems to be a good intrest here, and i know that link had pages of people wanting them. if a sponser comes up with some similar stuff i'd prolly order a set if the price is fair! |

That first version in the pic shown in the first post is different enough from the trademarked logo, that maybe it would be okay. I actually like it a LOT more than the other versions shown, which I don't like so much. It has kind of an old world warrior look to it. |

Sponsorship here is available to any reputable person/business. We don't provide that very valuable service free of charge. Why would you expect that we should?

LOL, worried about the "mother ship". The worst they would do, if they even found out, would be to tell you to stop. If they found you selling unlicensed stuff at a rally, they would take your merchandise. HD lawyers are too busy writing labor contracts full of loopholes to screw the employees. |

I'm not sure where you get your information but it's inaccurate.
The Trademark Enforcement folks are located in a completely different state. They're nice folks and good at what they do.
Unfortunately they deal with a lot of folks with seriously eroded sense of honesty.
Such is life.
Them not screwing with you does not make it honest or proper. |

Believe it or not with forums like this becoming huge, businesses pay people to sit and monitor forums. They want to know what people are saying and doing. Actually a person here on this forum was written a letter due to some comments made about a local dealership. Stupid, but true... |

I have been watching this thread and Erik Buell Racing closely. I do not see many logos thrown around on EBR's site, but I do see they use a form of the Pegasus for in the displayed web page name. They also show pictures of the RR with the latest Pegasus. Maybe EBR would be interested in either making these decals/selling them from this guy/providing permission or something.
