I'm trying to put together a chain drive for my 2009 XB12R so I can race it at Daytona the end of next month. Don't have the 2K for the fancy new Buell Setup right now. Pete at Grandstand designs is out of his conversion kit and the Baker Drivetrain kit will not work on the 08 /09. To further complicate matters, I've been told the spline for the front sprocket is different from earlier models so even finding a front sprocket, so far, has been a dead-end. What I'd like to find is a 23 tooth front sprocket that will work and some type of adjustable tensioner. Chain and rear sprocket are easy to find. Looked at making the stock tensioner adjustable but they didn't leave much material to allow for slotting the mount holes. Thanks for any and all suggestions and or help.

PM Saintly. I also have one of his chain drive set-ups that I'm not using anymore, so PM me if you want to.
