So i look at my bike and notice something looks weird. Ooh the cap is gone and the threads are dirty so it has been a while. Anyone know who makes a good cap that isnt too much? the round one.

Loss of a reservoir cap is not a common issue, so a standard cap should be fine, and should be checked along with a lot of other things before you ride. I'm sure you could swap out the entire rear MC, but it's not worth it, IMHO, since the rear brakes are not your primary brakes anyway.
Just be sure to flush your rear brake fluid really well, having run with no cap on for a while!

It is amazing it kept enough fluid in there to maintain lever pressure. I would imagine the dealer wouldn't charge too much for that. Or call Al at American Sport Bike.

The rear cylinder will keep pressure even if you cut the line the the reservoir...

Don't ask me how I know that

Thats interesting, I had a front line rub a tire and cut a hole. I got the rear about half way up on a stoppie when the lever went all the way to the bar and the bike came crashing back down. : |
