A friend of mine just pulled the trigger on an 09 ZX6R so we had to go out and try it out!

The winter is in Russia now and there are so much snow...

But here on the pics I see the dry road. I want the summer to come.

I grew up in the North East of France which is why I appreciate Southern California's weather so much! : )

Check out the weather on the 1st of the year : D

get that man to an arc or that thing won't be pretty for long. especially with roads like that around. 2 words: body position.

Chippy: I think I get it now... you're saying I need to take my friend to the track and teach him body positioning? is that it? ROFL

Sure ok... the dude you're talking about has been going to the track once or twice a month for like 3 years (if not more)... no matter what track and org he is usually in the 2-3 fastest guy (if not the fastest guy) in group A... this is him on his R1:

We keep the speed to safe levels on the streets and so sliding your ass all the way off the seat and/or dragging knees is not necessary... squids do it to show off, but that's because they don't know what they're doing...

Any other questions? : )

Miami: it's a NEXX X30

Love it for temps above 60F (too cold for below... I have a Schuberth S1 for cold weather).

Yeah i must have imagined him pushing the bike down while keeping his shoulders and head up. Good to know he can actually ride. Hope he remembers soon.

Is ACH open? I thought it was closed due to a mudslide from the fires we had a while back.

ACH is closed on top (new section) so you can't make it to Wrightwood, but you can still ride all the way up there : )

We got up early, rode to the closed gate, turned around and stopped for breakfast at Newcomb's Ranch. Beautiful day. Then stopped by Proitalia and test rode an RSV4. Great bike but hard to justify the price.
