I can find plenty of non-stock seats, but no one seems to list the stock Buell seat for sale. I need the stock XB12Ss Lightning Long seat. Not the XB12STT seat (have one). Not a Touring or Select seat. Just the stock seat. Anyone know what they run and who has them? No I didn't crash or drop the bike. Some scumball tried to steal my Suzuki DRZ-400S, but my neighbor and I thwarted him (he got away, but abandoned the bike). During the theft attempt, he put a 1.5" tear into the seat of my XB12Ss which was next to the bike he was trying to steal. That's why I have to replace the seat. P.S. Yeah, I know, some sponsor will sell them. There are three dozen sponsors. | ||

My seat on my '09 XB12Ss has never been used - except for demo ride. I had the touring seat installed before I left the dealer. PM me if interested. | ||

They are about $100 new from a dealer should you want to go that route instead of a cheaper used seat. | ||
