What year did the xb9sx come out with the black frame? After researching, my guess would be maybe 2009??? Still narrowing down the bike I want to upgrade to, and I do prefer the black frame a bit more. Thank you! | ||

you are correct, 2009. it was previously silver beginning in 2005 when it was introduced. | ||

09 as my 08 is silver | ||

All 09 + Buells have the black frame. Previously all 9s were silver, and all 12s were dark grey. | ||

Correction, the 09 Ulysses models still had grey. They got the black frame for 2010. |
