I purchased two LC-1’s & WB sensors last December to tune my 07TT. When finished I left one LC-1 & WB in the bike and stored the other. I purchased another 07 TT in October, removed the NB and installed the stored LC-1 & WB.

The LC-1 that I stored and just installed seems to have a programming issue or is faulty.

If I hit Factory Defaults in the Analog Out 1 screen of the LM programmer Version 3.22 and use the factory default voltages, 1.099v and 0.103v, I can program any AFR value I choose.

Voltages on the graph’s left column read 0.05 at the bottom and 1.20 volts at the top.

If instead I program in .88v and 0.100v (the Buell’s stock mid point voltage is .49v) and set in any AFR value the engine barely runs, and the bike cannot be ridden.

Voltages on the graph’s left column are 0.05v low and 0.99v high, the third voltage is, (1.7v) not 0.48v.

When the engine is started, the check engine light comes on and the fault code is for an o2 sensor always running lean.

If I use the factory default voltages and program in 13.8:1 the bike runs good, a little stumbling at low RPM’s but crisp throttle response. There is no check engine light or fault code however mileage is only 33 MPG.

The LC-1 on the other bike is also set to 13.8:1, but its mileage is about 47 MPG.

I re-did the heater and free air calibrations before installing.

Anyone have an idea of what is going on? Is there a way to reset or reboot the LC-1?
