I went to two local Harley dealerships today to ask if they had any prospects for XB12XTs. In particular, I am interested in the 2010 model year, which should have been produced beginning June 2009. One dealer told me there would not be any 2010 XB12XTs because the only ones produced before production was shut down were for overseas markets. The other dealer told me there would not be any 2010 XB12XTs because the ones produced were being disassembled and saved for parts sales in future years. Something seems fishy to me. | ||

Gainesville HD/Buell in Florida (board sponsor) was advertising a 2010 XT; not sure whether they still have it or not. All they have listed today is two Blasts. I thought seriously about trading my 07 X on the 2010 XT but elected to get an 1125CR instead. MSL- everybody's e-mail on Badweb is listed as hidden. Syracuse NY was $97xx.00 when I was in there last night, not sure if it was an X or XT but it did have the luggage attached. I'll hit them up to be a sponsor after they get to know me a little more. That would be on the far end of his travel range. | ||

Stevewauk, salesmen will say anything to make a sale. If those statements were true, I wouldn't of ridden with a black 2010 XT today. How can you tell when a salesman is lying? Their lips are moving. (Sorry Ft_bstrd!  ) | ||

I was just up at Baer HD Buell in Honesdale, they had an 10 XT for 8 or 9 grand (don't remember). Last Buell they had. | ||

Thanks for the help everyone. I am planning to trade in my '06 Sporty in the deal, so was hoping to interest a local Milwaukee area dealer in acquiring a '10 XT for me. You confirmed my suspicion that the purported unavailability of '10 XTs is BS. I conclude the Harley dealers just don't want to do any extra work to sell a Buell and they take me for an idiot who will swallow their line and settle for something else. Guess I'll have to take my money elsewhere. | ||

Old Glory, Laurel MD ( close to DC ) had 4 Ulys on the floor today. One was a red XT; there was also a blue and an orange one - can't remember the 4th color. Salesman said they were all 09s. | ||

There are three uly's at Lakeland Harley in Lakeland Florida....was there this morning for supplies....and I saw the last 1125 drive away...a red Lobsta. | ||
