Well Gateway Harley/Buell here in Saint Louis posted this morning that they will still fully support Buell and Buell owners

Performance HD in Syracuse NY is also remaining as a Buell parts/service/warranty center.

I thought every dealer had to cover buell work for the next 7 years?

They apparently have the option to no longer be in the Buell network.

I just didn't like the customer service. It took me damn near 6 hrs to buy my Buell. I don't know if they were short handed or just don't care about Buells. This was May 08, so maybe things have changed.

Buzzie from Gateway here....I ain't going nowhere...lang as I am there I will service your Buells. Call Chris Creed and tell him not to lay me off it if comes to that this winter.. We are also buying out Dales Harley in Mount vernon I believe. I am not sure if there is another closer Buell dealer to Saint Louis MO.

Also....Our brand new in house Dyno will be ready very soon..dont have an exact date, but very shortly we will be up and running for year round dyno runs

Buzzie is AWESOME. A great buell tech. He's serviced my bike several times. Helped me find out an electrical problem over the summer when I replaced the VR/stator. Definitely knows his stuff. Those of us near St. Louis are in good hands.
