Finally purchased heated jacket liner (getting to old for the cold)
Has anyone had any issues with the gerbing jacket liner with regards to the power it draws on the system

the only thing I have noticed is that the bike doesn't charge when your at idle. If you do a lot of in city driving, from stop light to stop light, yes, you will run your battery down.
You need to keep the RPM's up to charge the system, or avoid stop lights. : )

Haha. I run a Gerbings jacket and gloves, heated grips, dual HID lights, PIAA fog lights, Garmin Zumo GPS, XM Radio, HTC smartphone, Veypor race computer, and an electric 6 pack cooler.

I think you will be fine : )
