I love the look of the seat cowl on the xbs and am considering it on my 9s. I saw that his is the Ebay cowl. I'm thinking this wouldn't fit on the select seat though. Anyone have any measurements on this to see? | ||

Ya I talked to him by PM and he said it is the japanese one like the ebay one. I believe I will have to order one soon! | ||

I bought a cowl for my 9S just like the ebay link but not that particular seller. The finish was not great but didn't matter as I planned to paint it a metallic gray to match the 9's tailpiece and side rails. Another issue with mine... how to keep it on-the-seat? There were no mounting holes so I drilled some on the underside of the cowl and it now mounts with 1/8" shockcord, similar to the way you mount a Buell tailbag. I'll post some pics this weekend. I have the "standard" and "low" S seats and the cowl will fit both of them. I don't think it'll fit the Select Seat either. | ||

Im planning on running it on the streetfighter seat. I didnt know it didnt have holes in it. I guess I will just have to mock something. Please post pics! | ||
