So I bought an ECMspy cable today and hooked it up to my bike to see what was going on.

At first I had no idea how to work it so I thought it didn't work cause it wasn't giving me any readings. Then I pressed the 'keys' button and it started giving me setting. Right off i noticed my TPS was at about 6.9% so i did a quick TPS reset and now its at a nice 5.1%

Checked the AFV and it was at 98%, so I wasn't too concerned with that. But I reset it and turned off the O2 sensor to see if the bike would go for a nice ride and not give me any of the hesitation was i was getting and complete loss of power.

Didn't help....got back from the ride parked the bike, went back to my room and grabbed my laptop and went back to the bike and hooked it up again.

Started it up and let it idle for a bit. After it got nice and warm it started acting weird on the screen. Everything was jumping really quick. I was going from a TPS of 5.1% to 7.9%, inlet temp was jumping from 64 degrees to 82 degrees, engine temp from 143 to 160's, and was from 14 to 20ish. the tach on the screen kept going from a 1200 idle to about 2400 idle, but the tach on the bike was reading a constant 1050.

WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! I'm completely puzzled by this.

I even turned the bike off and let it cool for about 3 minutes and reconnect and everything was sitting steady again!!!

well i am no ecm spy pro at all,but if the bike is acting "normal" and the comp says it is all over and out of whack......trust what you can see and feel in your hands.and not so much the computer.
computers have issues sometimes and if the world and the computer dont jive.....the comp is the issue LOL

But the bike is having problems, and i couldn't get a steady reading on my computer until i turned the bike off for a bike and let it cool for a few minutes and when i turned it back on, everything was good.

no, the bike is still running like crap, but it only acts normal on my computer if the engine is not completely warm. I don't know what is causing it, but i notice that when it acts nice on my computer the bike doesn't act TOO bad. But when my computer starts showing a lot of jumping, it is running really rough

Sounds like it could be a closed loop electrical issue. Not an easy or simple thing to diagnose. There are professionals with specialized computer diagnostic equipment that can make short work of the problem. They are at your trusty Buell dealer. : ) I'd be visiting them for a quick check/diagnosis.
