Should the PC be unplugged when the TPS is reset. I put the 12 airbox cover on reset the TPS and rode about 20 miles tonight. When I got home I noticed that the idle wasn't dropping as fast as it usually does. It hung at 2000 and then would drop to 1050. It was running fine this morning and this is the only thing I could think that would have caused that. Help!?!?!?! |

Gator, mine does that everytime the TPS is reset (Just a Race ECM here). Give it some time and it should stop. |

That's weird mine didn't do it when I installed the race kit or the Force. |

-=shrugs=- Regardless, it's always stopped within 50 miles or so. |

I installed the race kit on my xb a while back, what seems weird is that it runs great and responds quick to the throttle and i haven't reset the TPS on it. The bike also idles good. Does it still have to be reseted? |

After I installed my D&D exhaust my idle hung around 2000rpm as well and took awhile to come down to 1050. I had the TPS reset at the dealer and this solved the problem. |
