Hello all, ive been searching and can't find exactly what I need...

I bought the 2010 Uly RSS (M0851.7AA), just got it in and realized I need the "inner" scoop as well.

BUT, as it sits, I cant see how it would bolt up correctly, does the inner scoop move it so I can bolt this 2010 scoop on my 2003?

I found a thread where it was installed on an 05, but wondering if its different then my 03?

ANY help is greatly appreciated!
-Robert

It will bolt up fine when you get the inner piece.

It should line up with those holes on the inner scoop.

Ahhh that explains it.

Inner scoop for the fuel rail and outer scoop for the cylinder.

I suspected but now I know : )

so according to my research.

you need these 2...

M0852.7AA (right side scoop inner piece)

and

M0851.7AA (right side scoop outer piece)

also note these are from the Uly comfort kit, so its the bigger scoop.
Which is what im going for to even it out a bit, some say it ugly :-)

THANKS GUYS!!!!

I bought mine from Liberty Buell ( sponsor section, so far they have been the BEST to work with as far as any dealer goes.!)

outer piece was under $30 inner piece can't be any more. ( haven't received that bill yet :-)

it should fit bolts just the same.

Should be able to get both pieces for under $30 from any dealer willing to give you a small discount over retail. The inner piece is very cheap. $27.96 total for both pieces for me- should be here in about a week!

Thanks for the help.
