I have about the same stuff but I use a Klein Tool 5139 tool bag.

It fits, just a bit snug, under the seat and is very durable.

I bought the cheesy Buell Stow-n-Go bag and the zipper ripped out the first time I went to close it.

The LAST thing I need in the middle of the night, on a lonely highway, is a collection of 20 tools loose with no place to put them.

I carry, in the side bag, an Aerostich Fleece Bag loaded with first aid kit, air gauge, spare clear visor and all sorts of "what if" stuff.

I'd need some more space but don't want to carry tail bag always...

As Buell dealers can be few and far between, one of the things I carry with me is a 'Cliff Notes' version of the shop manual. As (hopefully) the most likely issue on the road would be tire problems, I went to the service manual and wrote down the torque specs and loctite colors for front and rear axle removal. Same for brake calipers, ect. And a listing of oil filter part number, spark plugs, and so on. Single sheet, kept with the registration and insurance.
