I am looking into purchasing a Micron Exhaust. I was wondering what I need to do to my bike after I install it. Do I need to reset the TPS? or anything else?

Assuming you can find one (I don't think there still making them), you would want to do a remap of your ECM and a TPS reset. You'ld probably want a better breathing air filter (K & N, etc.) if you do find a Micron. American Sport Bike (BadWeb sponsor) could fix you up, and may still have a pipe, not sure about that though. Good luck!

OK thanks Tom
I do have a K&N
Yeah that is what I have heard but hopefully there is one willing to sell or I might find one on a trade in and be able to do a swap!

Don't turn your back on the factory header/Drummer combination. Yeah I have a Micron, and they are great and beautiful exhausts, but you can get better then 95% of the performance from a Drummer, and they sound tough too!!

Just throwing it out there......

I had the drummer, I am glad I upgraded.

That was before remapping for the Micron

Thanks, I'm going to look in to that. Is their another type of headers that is good for Ulys?

Froggy
Is that the drummer with stock headers vs full Micron?

Yes

Dyno was right after the Drummer was swapped out for the Micron, so no changes in AFV. Dyno ran with Race ECM, K&N, American Sport Bike open airbox/breather reroute.

I did have it redynoed after getting an American Sport Bike map and some miles on it, and it got rid of the little dip around 4k and gave better numbers overall. I don't have a copy of that digitally yet.
