I don't like the lights either. It looks like came out of the losing end of a bar fight.

The rest of it however is HOT!!!!

The CF frame protectors are attached with zip ties, the whole bike looks overkill, way too much stuff going on. bMWuell? Huh? I think this smiley fits it best-

He is doing it his way.

I like the head lights. I bet it is better performing than our stock setup.

There are a number of almosts on the bike, but still better than stock.

yeah, i think there is too much going on. it looks like the bike is trying to be something it's not. i prefer a nice simple clean look.

I don't get it.

"Different in every sense"

.. yet lots of riders who do something radical to their Buell receive criticism. I thought that radical was the point of having a Buell.

I like it, and like someone else mentioned - I bet those lights are more functional than the stock setup.

As for the rest of the bike, it's not really my cup-o-tea but it is unique.

I laid my bike down last fall and I have this huge dent, crater really, in the right side of my frame where the puck was. After some advise from riders on this site, frame protectors were the best option for covering it up. After seeing that bike with frame protectors on it I definitely want to do that but whats up with the zip ties? Do these not fit right? Anybody go any ideas on a brand or something that does not require zip ties?

He probably has the zip ties in case he wants to take the frame covers off - would most likely destroy the c/f trying to take it off.

I like the lights too but there's a few too many stickers for my taste. Some people say stickers add horsepower...lol.

Somebody has to push the envelope, the Italians certainly know how to do that. Have you seen the current state of Scuderia Ferrari's F1 effort? Wings, winglets, cannards all manner of air-shaping and manipulating devices hang off F-1 cars now. And if this is off the shelf carbon then its nothing new or all that outlandish. It's merely manipulating the air that surrounds the bike normally at speed and putting it to better use, to make HORSEPOWER rather than DRAG! It probably even adds a tiny bit of down-force. Went a lil sticker happy at the end but even my eight year old knows stickers make it go faster, (right, Dad).

my bad, the airbox cover is from this site.
the lorandi resine is similar but it doesn't have the 2 scoops coming down the frame.
