I just converted my 05 xb9r by adding a Lightning top triple and Renthal bars. Yes, the brake, throttle and clutch cables I ordered for a lightning were slightly longer. I did not try to make the XB cables fit as I wanted zero control issues.

I was going to do the xbs top, but started adding up the cost of all the pieces and the time to do it all.... then bought the LSL kit. I like being able to lock the forks.

I'm doing this right now to my 12R. The R throttle and clutch cables are too short. Would Lightning cables be the correct length? i need to order ASAP as I have the bike torn apart. Thanks
