There were some built in '01, but I'd be surprised if anyone other than Buell owns them. As late as Feb. '02 the XB9Rs in Buell's demo fleet were still using the small idler pulley, and as far as I know none of the production models were ever shipped with the small pulley. It wasn't until summer of '02 that the production bikes finally started hitting dealers.
