Change your sparkplug wires. They tend to rub against the engine and get damaged, and when wet they short out.

Check your front spark plug wire.
Mine had the same symptoms and when I pulled the front plug wire it had rubbed nearly halfway through.
The new plug wire has a different design that keeps it away from the frame and engine so that it will not rub.

I had the same thing happen to me this weekend. Blow the bike off if possible, then let it sit for a few hours. Should be fine. Mine was.

WD40 cables but they're probably dry now and working. If so, then one or all of the coils, cables, and plug caps are cracked and worn. Moisture gets in and grounds it out.

Might be a problem starting with a fouled plug but if its running on one, go for it until the second catches.

its the pkug wires everytime i wash mine it would act up afterwards. finally found it one day when riding got cought in the rain, bike stared going to one cyclinder. Rear plug had a crack in it at the top and would let just enough water in to short it out until it dried out.
