Got to 70 here yesterday. Blew off work and the wife and I rode to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. The sea breeze was still nippy but a wonderful day none the less. Probably going to ride again today with some friends, supposed to be in the sixties again. I have to get out to the garage first and dismantle a Dodge Dart's front suspension first. Earning money for more Buell stuff!!!

Emerald Idle and Atlantic Beach. I spent many a week during my childhood summers at the Oak Grove Motel in Salter Path. Many very happy memories of that place.

I hate the summers in inland NC, but the coast is just a beautiful place to spend a week or two.
