Any good? Buell compatible?

Found a set of red and black for $150 basically new, would be a nice addition to my bars and grips.

They are the unbreakable ones. Retail for $250, he wants $150.

Also, I have heard of somebody (cant find it) mentioning some sort of damage to the clutch or something with these levers as it pulled more on the clutch then stock, any truth to this with shorty levers?

Money is kind-of tight but I think I may just go for it, its a great price for the right color and it will tie in my bar swap. Summer is right around the corner anyway (hours I work increases largely).

I have them and the shorty clutch level is a lot more difficult to use than the regular length lever. They are of great quality however and very adjustable. I have not heard anything about them damaging the clutch. If they do would this be something that ASV is responsible for?

You guys all have the universal ones and they fit?

Yeah I would guess the shorty is a bit harder to use but I have heard its fine for anything but stop and go and Ill just have to train my hands to work ; ).

Guy has 2-3 other people who may want it, I am waiting on some refunded cash to show up in my account so Ill just get them if the money comes in time, if it doesnt Ill take it as a sign to go with something else!

Kneedraggers doesn't list a universal app. but all the other ones are $125, or they have the CRG's for $99.

Universal ones are shown on the ASV website says it works on any bike but I want to be sure.

I had to order mine from my local Honda shop. They were back ordered for quite a while so I am assuming they are Buell specific.

I run the CRGs personally, the shorties. Got 'em at the dealership with the bike, 10K later wouldn't run anything else, but I know people who say the same about their ASVs, but they usually complain a bit that they paid around $75ish more for them than I paid for my CRGs.

Your money, your call.

If your going to change the levers change your grips too, the $15ish ones ("torques"?) are what I run and the profile is much better than stock for my hands.

I am getting all new bars!

Well seeing as I cant seem to figure out if they will be compatible I may have to pass. $150 seemed like a great deal!

And I think you mean the "Traction" buell grips. I have those right now, good shape but pretty hard. I bought Pro-Grip gel's to put on the new bars. They are softer, but thinner (like stock were) and match the bike perfectly with black and some red in a neat pattern.
