Just got done repacking my Jardine for the second time. Packing was only blown out in one spot, but it was causing the Ti to turn blue on the bottom side. Now off with my ECMspy to see if the map is F'd up now. |

What did you pack it with and how long did it take to burn out? I have a friend with a Jardine and we repacked it with stainless steel wool for the first layer and then used a product called superwool. The combination of the 2 should mean no more repack. He is at a little over 3000 miles since the repack with no noticeable change in sound. The original packing only lasted 3500 miles. |

Its probably been close to 10,000 miles since I packed it last time. I just went to cycle gear and got some normal packing. I probably could have done it quicker, but i pull out all the rivets, paint it black, and then put everything back together. |

How do you know when it needs to be repacked? Is there a sudden drop in performance or sound, or do you have to physically take it apart and have a look? I have a used 2006 xb9sx that came with the jardine. |
