Rode the bike into work last week, and it's been parked ever since. Took it out yesterday to wash/wax it and noticed a white haze on it. Upon closer inspection, I noticed tiny white specs on EVERYTHING...body work, mirrors, tires, handgrips, windscreen...everything. *&^%$#@! Anybody else ever have to deal with this? What can I use to get that stuff off without harming the plastic? I'm only concerned about the bodywork and windscreen. |

WD 40 on paint and buffing the plastic. That is what I would do. |

I made a report about it with security at work. No other reports have been made in at least the last few months concerning overspray. I have no idea where it came from, but in the past I know that other cars/bikes have gotten painted from time to time from road crews in the area (plant I work at is RIGHT next to I-95) and other LARGE adjacent businesses such as manufacturing plants, oil refineries and 2 power generation plants. But due to the fact that I can't prove where it came from, and no one else reporting the same, it'll be on me to fix it if I want it fixed. |

Can you use clay bar on the XB body work?? I'd be afraid of it scratching the plastic. The plastic on these seems to be really soft. Scratched it just trying to pick at the flecs with my fingernail. I've tried a couple of different waxes and polishes so far. And so far, nothing is touching it. |

+1 on the ClayBar. Kits come with a slider spray but water works okay. |
