Depending how loud the speaker is I do not think I could hear it over the exhaust in my helmet.

Really, even if you don't wear a helmet enjoying the music would be difficult at best. Maybe at a stop light?

What will they think of next...

If i wanted a bike with a radio I would of bought one of those big heavy can't turn things. I bought a naked bike, as in only what is really needed. Like fenders, who needs em. Just kidding, but really i'm not

I bet he makes a mint. Kids are more worried about other people hearing their music.

im not sure what else is on the market in speaker tank bags, so i dont know what make this one better than the rest, not my thing but it does look buyable
the only thing that wasnt mentioned was if anything within the product was weather resistant, that should be something worth saying

Actually, I have been looking at micro amp, and speaker systems. The only limiting factors I have are cost; the smaller they get, the more they cost, and sound. I'm told they run 85-87 db, but is it clear music, or muddy sound. I wont invest in the equipment until I hear it first. On the other hand, the whole sound system weighing under 2 lbs. With an mp3 player of course. If all comes together, it will be a completely concealed, weatherproof system on a Firebolt. Or I could stop being a moron and run helmet speakers.

The "Motorman" can help you with turning that heavy thing. http://www.ridelikeapro.com/html/dvds/RLAP5.htm

I don't see how you could hear well with the tankbag setup.
I've gone with the helmet speakers. I make myself sick with the things I think of when it's just me and my mind. I should have the speakers sometime this week.

The motorman guys were doing a demo in daytona, never in my wildest dream would i have thought someone could ride a ultra-classic like that, he could pull tighter turns than any streetbike or naked bike ive ever seen. But back to the subject. While this product isnt for me, i guess it would be like the radio kit HD sells for rd kings, except they mount on the riser clamps, so i think you could actually hear this, my buddys electra glide radio, is so loud that if i ride next to him, i can hear his radio in my helmet. I guess i would have to try this product out for sure, but it could work.
